Apart from the next step and the next breath, there's also that subtle moment in between that we can learn to sit in, to simply soak in the experience. Just like waiting for bread to proof, for seeds to sprout, the pause is equally important to the act of doing. I guess this is what I'm trying to convey in this artwork.
