• If your order contains preorder, or custom/commission art, your entire order will only ship out when all items are ready. Additional shipping charges will be required for us to ship them out separately

• Standard local delivery takes up to 3 working days via Singpost

International Shipping

• We ship internationally to the rest of the world

• As an estimate, delivery may take 10 days - 3 weeks depending on where you are in the world, notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances. Please only make a purchase if you understand and agreeable to the wait time.

We take a lot of care in checking and packing the items we ship out, and the product images put up on our website aim to represent our products and their colours in natural light.

In the unfortunate event where you have received a damaged/defective item, please inform us by writing to hello@angelineartroom.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent where possible, or process a refund. We regret that we will not accept returns for reasons other than the stated.
